These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between LES CAPUCINES SAINT TROPEZ SAS (hereinafter referred to as “the Establishment”) and any person making a reservation on the official website of Hôtel Capucines via the integrated booking engine (D-Edge platform). By making a reservation, the Client accepts these GTC without reservation.

2. Services Covered

These GTC apply exclusively to reservations made on the official website of Hôtel Capucines via the D-Edge booking platform.

3. Booking Conditions

  • All online reservations aresubject to availability and confirmed by a validation email.
  • The Client guarantees theaccuracy of the information provided during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking and vary depending on the chosen rate (flexible or non-refundable).
  • Cancellations made within the timeframes specified at the time of booking are free of charge.

5. No-Show Policy

‍In the event of a no-show on the reservation date:

  • The contract is automatically canceled.
  • The Establishment will retain, as a deposit under Articles 1590 of the French Civil Code and L 214-1 of the Consumer Code, all amounts paid by the Client at the time of booking.
  • For non-cancellable / non-exchangeable / non-refundable reservations, the deposit corresponds to the total reservation amount, including any selected options.

6. Rates

  • Rates are displayed in eurosand include VAT. Tourist taxes may be added to the total amount.
  • The Establishment reserves theright to modify rates at any time; however, confirmed reservations will retainthe prices applied at the time of booking validation.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made onlinethrough the booking engine or on-site, depending on the conditions of theselected rate.
  • For non-refundable rates, thefull amount will be charged at the time of booking.

8. Liability

The Establishment shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or unforeseen events disrupting the reservation (weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

9. Data Protection

Information collected during the reservation process is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is used solely for reservation management purposes and is not shared with third parties without prior consent.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, French law applies, and the competent courts are those within the jurisdiction of the Establishment.
